Parodies
When Peter Moloney was a university student and fledgling teacher he enjoyed composing limericks and parodies of all kinds (his ‘Misspent Youth” as he liked to call it). Later, of course, he went on to become one of the UK’s foremost public speakers, finding a new outlet for his satirical vein. The following represent some of his youthful experiments with Ars Poetica, reshaping works of the masters in his own inimitably mischievous way.
